摘要
高压管在液压助力转向系统转向油管开发过程中占据了重要的位置。介绍了如何根据系统工作压力、工作温度及成本等要求选择适当的高压管软管结构及扣压类型,并作了相应的应力分析。
High press hose played an important role during the development of steering hoses in vehicle hydraulic power steering system.How to select proper soft hose structure and crimping type according to the system pressure, system temperature and cost requirement in addition to hose stress analysis were analyzed.
