二类油层二元复合体系性能评价及其机理 被引量:15

Evaluation of properties of binary composite systems and its mechanism in-sub-layers

摘要 针对强碱或弱碱三元复合体系结垢和采出液乳化问题,利用聚合物和表面活性剂组成二元复合体系,通过室内仪器检测分析,研究5种二元复合体系的黏度、界面张力(包括稳定性、耐温性、吸附特性)、传输运移能力,进行驱油实验.结果表明,表面活性剂的质量分数、时间、温度以及吸附作用在不同程度上影响着5种二元复合体系的黏度和界面张力."聚合物与东昊石油磺酸盐"和"聚合物与Sun-Anshun"二元复合体系沿岩心长度方向滞留比较均匀,传输和运移能力较强;"聚合物与大庆SJT-B"和"聚合物与炼化石油磺酸盐"二元复合体系传输和运移能力较弱.在大庆油砂填砂模型和人造非均质物理模型驱油实验中,"聚合物与Sun-Anshun"二元复合体系的增油效果最好,其次是"聚合物与炼化石油磺酸盐"和"聚合物与大庆SJT-B"的,"聚合物与东昊石油磺酸盐"二元复合体系的最差.在5种表面活性剂中,"Sun-Anshun"和"炼化石油磺酸盐"与大庆油田萨北二类油层区块油水配伍性好,所配制的"聚合物与表面活性剂"二元复合体系不仅与原油间可以实现超低界面张力,而且对聚合物溶液黏弹性影响小,具有较强的洗油和流度控制能力. In view of the scaling and emulsion phenomena of produced liquid in strong or weak base ASP system,taking advantage of surfactants and polymers system,through equipment analysis,we have studied the viscosity,interfacial tension(including stability,temperature tolerance and adsorption properties) transmission and migration characteristics of five binary composite systems,furthermore carried out displacement experiment.The results show that mass fraction,time,temperature and adsorption of surfactants have effects on viscosity and interfacial tension of these five kinds of binary composite systems in varying degrees.'Polymer and Donghao petroleum sulfonate' and 'Polymer and Sun-Anshun' have uniform detention following the core length and stronger effects on transmission and migration.'Polymer and Daqing SJT-B' and 'Polymer and refining petroleum sulfonate' have weaker effects.In the oil-bonded sand pack model and artificial heterogeneous physical model displacement experiments,the results show that 'Polymer and Sun-Anshun' have the best effects on increasing oil production,the following are 'Polymer and refining petroleum sulfonate' and 'Polymer and Daqing SJT-B' and 'Polymer and Donghao petroleum sulfonate' worst.Of all these five surfactants,'Sun-Anshun' and 'Refining petroleum sulfonate' have best compatibility with oil and water in Daqing Sabei sub-layers.Not only can these 'polymer and surfactants ' systems achieve ultra-low interfacial tension,but also have little effect on the viscoelasticity of the polymer solution and better oil washing and flow control ability.
