摘要
针对大庆油田研发的六臂井径测井资料在检测套管状态中的应用需求,采用DirectX技术,设计一种实现井下套管多方位测井信息三维成像仿真的应用软件.该软件不仅清晰直观地反映井下套管任意深度、任意方位受力状态、形变情况,而且适用于任意臂井径资料的三维成像;用户可以根据自己的需要,方便灵活地绘制任意深度的套管截面图、曲线图、管径圆柱面展开图,明确套管形变量.该软件具有更好的兼容性与扩展性.
In view of the need for the application of the six-arm caliper log data to casing inspection,we have designed the simulation of 3D imaging of multi-azimuth logging information of downhole casing pipe with DirectX technique.This software not only reflects the stress-bearing state and the deformation at any depth and any azimuth of downhole casing pipes clearly and intuitively,but also adapts the 3D imaging of any-arm caliper data.It can also make sectional plot of casing pipe,curve plot and stretch out plot of caliber cylindrical surface of any depth,and determine casing deformation conveniently and flexibly according to the need of users.For DirectX provides a suit of complete and consistent interfaces between hardware device and application program to decrease the complexity of installation and deployment,this software is more compatible and extendible for any updated hardware and operating system.
