高职教育的问题与对策研究

Problems in the Higher Vocational Education and the Solution

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,目前,我国高职教育研究要加强针对性与实效性日渐弱化,要研究高职教育具体存在的问题,并针对强的具有失效性的对策,本文从我国高职教育现状出发,指出我国高职教育存在定位不准、质量不高、结构不够完善与体系不够开放等方面的问题,并从转变理念科学定位、高移高职教育形成合理教育结构、全方位提高教育质量、构建开放健全的高职教育体系几个方面提出了对策,旨在推进高职教育改革,促进高职教育发展,服务于产业经济。

The higher vocational education is an important component of Chinese higher education. The Research of Chinese vocational education should aim at the existing problems and put forward countermeasures to enhance the effi- ciency of higher education. Beginning with the present situation of our higher vocational education, this article points out problems such as inaccurate orientation, poor quality, imperfect structure and the system which is not open enough. It also puts forward countermeasures such as converting idea, orienting scientifically, forming rational education structure, improving education quality, and forming open and healthy vocational system, with the aim to foster its reform and development and serve the economy.
