树突状细胞与泌尿系肿瘤免疫治疗研究现状

摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是体内具有最强抗原提呈能力的专职性抗原提呈细胞(APC),由DC激活的T细胞免疫在机体抗肿瘤中起重要作用。近来各种DC疫苗及其应用于肿瘤治疗的研究应运而生,基于DC而研制的泌尿系肿瘤疫苗治疗的基础与临床研究结果显示,DC疫苗在泌尿系肿瘤治疗中具有良好的应用前景。
