摘要
目的了解老年人甲状腺功能减退性心脏病患者的护理特点。方法对27例老年甲减心患者的护理进行回顾性分析。结果通过正确治疗和心理护理、对症护理,27例老年甲减心症状明显改善。结论老年人甲减心如果诊断及时、治疗和护理措施正确,疗效和愈后较好。
Objective To find out the nursing character of elderly patients with hypothyroid heart disease （ hereinafter referred to as hypothyroidism heart）. Methods Retrospectively analysis about nursing were done to 27 cases of elderly patients with hypothyroidism heart. Results The symptoms improved significantly in 27 cases of elderly patients with hypothyroidism heart by the adoption of proper treatment and psychological care, symptomatic care. Conclusions ff the elderly with hypothyroidism cardiac had timely diagnosis,treatment and correct care measures ,the curative effect and the prognosis were good.
