摘要
为了更好的挑选人才,本文建立了全面、系统的行员评价指标体系,运用灰色关联度理论,通过实例对应聘者进行综合评价,为央行分支机构选拔人才提供了现实指导和方法论参考。
For better selecting personnel, this paper sets up a comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system of branch staff's recruitment of PBC, using gray relational grade theory, to evaluate comprehensively through the example of candidates, and provides the practical guidance and methodology of reference for the selection of the branch of PBC.
