摘要
介绍了连续退火炉内带钢跑偏和热瓢曲产生原因与控制机理的国内外研究成果,并针对带钢张力、炉辊辊型及带钢横向温差等主要影响因素,分析了目前研究存在的问题,以及带钢跑偏和热瓢曲控制技术的发展趋势。
The research findings about the causes and control measures for strip misalignment and buckling in continuous annealing furnace were introduced. The existing problems of this research mainly aimed at the strip tension, furnace roll profile, temperature transverse distribution of strip were analyzed. Meanwhile, the control technique development trend was discussed.
