日产1.8吨小奶站采用热泵制冷供热系统的经济性分析

摘要 为了保持牛奶新鲜,牛奶收集站须先将牛奶降到4~6℃,再运送或保存。本文提出奶站采用热泵给牛奶降温的同时将水加热以供清洗之用,并从初投资和年运行费用2方面,对这种新的制冷供热方式与传统制冷供热系统进行比较。结果表明,奶站采用热泵制冷供热系统的年运行费用是风冷式制冷奶罐与燃煤锅炉系统的66.2%,是风冷式制冷奶罐与太阳能系统的65%,预计4.1年可收回其初投资费用,而且热泵制冷供热清洁,不污染环境。 In order to maintain fresh milk, milk collection station need to make the milk's temperature drop to 4-6 ℃ to delivery or preservation. Proposes using the heat pump to drop the milk's temperature at the same time increase the water's temperature for cleaning. From the initial investment and annual running costs, compares the new refrigerating/heating system with traditional system. The result shows that the annual run- ning cost of heat pump refrigerating/heating system is 66.2% of the air cooling tank & boiler system and 65% of the air cooling tank & solar energy system, estimates that the initial investment will be taken back in 4. 1 years. Furthermore this system is no pollution to the environment
