摘要
提出企业中阶主管自身执行能力的提升主要体现在领悟能力、协调能力和创造性地执行等方面;员工执行力提升主要体现在中阶主管用好人、培育人、激励人和人格魅力激发等方面。
It is proposed by this paper that the improvement of the personal implementing capabilities of management personnel at the intermediate level in enterprises are always seen in their capabilities in understanding, their capabilities in coordination and their capabilities in creative implmentation. While the improvement of employees' implementing capabilities is reflected in the practice of the management personnel at the imtermediate level in their appropriate use of human resources, their appropriate education and/or training for employees, their capabilities to stimulate employees and their personal charm to encourage employees, etc.
