反井钻机表土层小井灌浆施工技术的研究

摘要 介绍了西山矿区反井钻机的应用现状及工程地质概况,阐述了马兰煤矿反井钻机表土层小井灌浆的施工技术方案及其工艺,结果表明,用人工小井开挖表土层灌浆固结护壁法,成功解决了反井钻机施工表土层、砾石层的技术难题。 This paper gives an account about the present status of application of raise-boring machine in Xishan coal mining area. The paper also describes the technical process for grouting assisted application of raise-boring machine for small shaft construction in top-soils in Malan Coal Mine. It is indicated that the small shaft men-digging in top-soils assisted by grouting for consolidation of shaft wall is an appropriate solution to the tough technical problems encountered in the application of raise-boring machines in the stratum of top-soils and gravels.
