TAI combined with micropump in the treatment of arterial thrombosis

目的探讨经一次冲击性TAI联合动脉微量泵治疗动脉血栓的价值。方法15例患者,血管造影证实为动脉血栓阻塞后,行一次冲击性TAI并留置导管,连接微量泵进行溶栓。同时进行抗凝,扩血管治疗。结果动脉完全开通,临床症状缓解9例。动脉部分开通,临床症状减轻4例,动脉完全未开通1例。总有效率91%。

Objective To explore the value of TAI combined with micropump in the treatment of arterial thrombosis. Methods 15 patients with obstructive artery thrombosis confirmed by angiography were enrolled. TAI was done first,and then micropump was connected to the catheter to pump thrombolysic drugs with anticoagulant,vasodilative treatment simultaneously. Results Clinical symptoms were relieved in nine cases with arteries fully opened. Clinical symptoms were lessened with arteries partially opened in four cases. There was a failure case. The total effective rates was 91%.Conclusions Percutaneous catheter-directed thrombolysis in the treatment of arterial thrombosis is an effective method.
