摘要
目的评价护理工作在冠状动脉介入治疗中的重要性。方法回顾性分析我院2007年8至9月份,对68例患者实施冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的围手术期护理,结果本组病例经专科的精心护理均无不良后果。结论规范而细致的护理工作可有效地减轻患者的痛苦、减少并发症的发生,从而保证了手术的成功,提高其治疗的效果。
Objective： To evaluate the nursing care in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of coronary artery disease. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 30 cases diagnosed by percutaneous coronary intervention （CAG） in our hospital from August 2007 to September 2008 and the 68 routine percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in patients with the information, summary of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment of patients with perioperative care, from the psychological care, preoperative care, postoperative care and complications, such as aspects of nursing care in the process of the experience. Results： Cases received the nursing care without adverse event. Conclusion： The comprehensive and meticulous care work can be an effective means for alleviating the suffering of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, thus ensuring the success of surgery, diagnosis and treatment to improve their results.
