多种介入技术联合腔内治疗下肢深静脉血栓临床护理

Clinical Nursing of Interventional therapy for deep venous thrombosis of lower limb

目的探讨介入联合手术取栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓(lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,LEDVT)形成的护理措施。方法总结1995年5月至2008年5月,237例介入联合手术取栓护理经验,制定详细的术前、术后护理措施。结果全组总的介入治疗有效率98%(232/237),无效2%(5/237),平均住院日为9.5d。患肢肿胀、疼痛均于介入治疗后1～2天内开始消退或减轻。专业的护理并取得患者的配合和积极配合医生能提高治愈率及有效预防并发症,使患者获得满意治疗效果。结论介入联合手术取栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成安全、有效、微创,针对性护理可减少并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss the nursing treatment of interventional treatment of LEDVT. Method： A total of 237 cases＇ nursing experience of interventional treatment of LEDVT from May 1995 to May 2008 were summarized, and detailed preoperative nursing measures and postoperative nursing measures were developped. Result： The efficient of interventional treatment was 98%, and the average of hospitalized time was 9.5 days. The clinical symptoms began to reduce or regressed in 1-2days after interventional treatment. Not only can improve the care rate but also effective in preventing complications if the patients actively cooperate with the professional care and the doctors, then to obtain a satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion： Interventional treatment of LEDVT with safe, effective and minimally invasive charactenstic. Professional care can be used to reduce the incidence of complications.
