掺镱硅酸盐玻璃的光谱性质

Spectroscopic Properties of Yb-Doped Silicate Glasses

摘要 采用高温熔融工艺制备了掺Yb3+硅酸盐玻璃。测试了玻璃的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,计算并分析了Yb3+离子在975nm附近的吸收截面和积分吸收截面随掺杂浓度的变化趋势。玻璃光谱曲线表明:吸收主峰位于975nm,在900—960nm范围内有一个弥散的吸收峰,中心波长为930nm;荧光主峰位于975nm,荧光次峰位于1010nm。综合其性能表明实验中硅酸盐玻璃的最佳Yb3+掺杂浓度为4mol%。 Yb^3+-doped silicate glasses were prepared at high temperature.The absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were measured.The change of the absorption cross section and the integrated absorption cross section near 975nm of Yb3+ along with the consistence was calculated and analyzed.The main peak wavelength is at 975nm in absorption spectra with one near 930nm;emission peak is at 975nm in fluorescence spectra with one subpeak near 1010nm.The general property showed that the best adulterate consistence of Yb^3+ -doped silicate glasses was 4mol%
