测定诺氟沙星的流动注射化学发光新方法 被引量:1

摘要 在硫酸介质中,高锰酸钾可氧化硫代硫酸钠产生化学发光,诺氟沙星对该化学发光反应具有增敏作用。据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定诺氟沙星的新方法。在最佳条件下,诺氟沙星的线性范围为2.00×10-8—2.00×10-6g·mL-1,检出限(3σ)为8.36×10-9g·mL-1。对3.00×10-7g·mL-1的NFLX标准溶液平行测定9次,相对标准偏差为2.7%。应用于诺氟沙星胶囊的测定,回收率分别为102.9%,103.9%。结合荧光光谱和紫外光谱,对该体系机理进行探讨。 A new flow injection chemiluminescence method was developed based on norfloxacin which can sensitize the chemiluminescence system of potassium permanganate-sodium thiosulfate in sulfuric acid medium.Under optimum conditions,the calibration curve is linear in the range of 2.00×10^-8—2.00×10^-6g·mL^-1,and the detection limit(3σ) is 8.36×10^-9g·mL^-1.The relative standard deviation is 2.7% for the determination of 3.00×10^-7g·mL^-1 norfloxacin standard solution(n=9).The method is applied to the determination of norfloxacin in capsules, and the recoveries are 102.9% and 103. 9%, respectively. According to fluorescence spectrum and UV spectrum and through studying the reaction of potassium permanganate-sodium thiosulfate-norfloxacin in sulfuric acid medium,the system's mechanism was discussed.
