摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法测定新乡野生苜蓿的Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn6种元素的含量。该方法的加标回收率为95%—105%,RSD值小于5%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。研究结果表明:新乡野生苜蓿中Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn含量丰富。
The microelements of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn in Xinxiang wild alfalfa were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 95% and 105%,and the RSD was lower than 5%.The Xinxiang lily is rich in microelements such as Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn.
