摘要
建立了尿中MDMA和MDA的、用环己烷提取的、三氟乙酸酐衍生化的、GC/MS/MS检测的分析方法。方法操作简便快速,检测MDMA最灵敏的检出限为4ng/mL,检测MDA最灵敏的检出限为2.0ng/mL。方法的回收率为73%—94%,具有较好的线性关系。
The methods for analysis of MDMA and MDA in urine by cyclohexane extraction and various acyl erivafization and determination with GC/MS/MS were developed.These methods were rapid and simple.The limits of detection(LOD)of most of the methods were below 10ng/mL.The LOD of MDMA was 4 ng/mL.LOD of MDA was 2ng/mL.Several more sensitive methods were selected to examine the linearity and recovery.The results were satisfactory.
