益气解毒化瘀法综合治疗活动期类风湿关节炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Active Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by the Comprehensive Therapy of Reinforcing qi,Detoxification and Dissolving Blood Stasis

目的观察益气解毒化瘀法综合治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例活动期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,给予甲氨喋呤、尼美舒利口服;研究组30例,在对照组的基础上加用中药益气解毒化瘀汤内服、外洗,消癌平穴位注射,两组均连续用药24周。观察两组患者治疗后临床症状、体征以及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)的变化。结果对照组总有效率76.7%,研究组总有效率93.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后各项临床症状、体征以及ESR、CRP、RF均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),两组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气解毒化瘀法综合治疗对类风湿关节炎患者的ESR、CRP、RF下降有明显作用,可有效缓解临床症状。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of comprehensive therapy of reinforcing qi, detoxification and dissolving blood stasis for active rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods Totally 60 active RA patients were randomized into two groups： control group （30 cases）, administered methotrexate and nimesulide for oral taking, and the study group （30 cases） treated with the herbal decoction to reinforce qi, detoxify and dissolve blood stasis for oral taking and external washing, and Xiaoaiping （Injection for treating cancers） for point injection. Both groups were kept in medication for 24 weeks in succession. Changes in symptoms and signs, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactive protein （CRP）, and rheumatoid factor （RF） were observed after treatment. Results In the control group, the total effective rate was 76.7%. In the study group, the total effective rate was 93.3%. The difference was statically significant （P〈0. 05）. Symptoms and signs, ESR, CRP, and RF of both groups were all improved after treatment （P〈 0.01）. The difference between groups was statically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of reinforcing qi, detoxification and dissolving blood stasis is effective in decreasing ESR, CRP, and RF of active RA patients. It can relieve the clinical symptoms efficiently.
