益气活血方加减联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症65例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Modified Yiqi Huoxue Recipes Combined with Methimazole for 65 Hyperthyroidism Patients

目的观察益气活血方联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)的临床疗效。方法115例符合诊断标准的甲亢患者随机分为两组,治疗组(65例)采用自拟益气活血方加减联合甲巯咪唑治疗,对照组(50例)只予甲巯咪唑;疗程均为6个月,停药1年后随访;观察两组患者治疗前后甲状腺功能、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后甲状腺功能指标、临床症状均有显著改善(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为78.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组改善心悸、烦躁易怒、恶热、多汗、失眠、倦怠乏力症状及中医证候总积分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应的发生及复发率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方加减治疗甲亢疗效满意,中西药联合治疗优势明显。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Yiqi Huoxue Recipes （Recipes for reinforcing qi and activating blood） combined with methimazole for hyperthyroidism. Methods The 115 patients of hyperthyroidism up to the diagnostic criteria were randomized into a treatment group （n = 65） treated with the self-made Yiqi Huoxue Recipes combined with methimazole and a control group （n= 50） treated with methimazole. The course of treatment was 6 months. The follow-up was carried out one year after medication. The thyroid functions, improvement of clinical symptoms and untoward reactions of both groups were observed. Results The thyroid functions and clinical symptoms of two groups were significantly improved （P〈0. 01）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3% while that of the control group 78.0%, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The improvement in palpitation, irritability, aversion to heat, profuse sweating, insomnia, fatigue and the total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group （P〈0.05）. But the occurrence of untoward reactions and relapse of hyperthyroidism of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipes for hyperthyroidism is remarkable. The combination of Chinese and western medication is superior in therapeutic result.
