近年来,吉林省坚持用工业化思维谋划农业发展,用产业化经营促进农业增效、农民增收,依托自身优势,大力调整农业结构,发展现代农业,取得明显成效。但是从整体看,全省农业仍处于传统农业向现代农业的过渡阶段,发展现代农业提高农业综合生产能力,还存在很多的困难和问题。在由传统向现代农业转变的关键时期,必须加快农业生产手段、生产方式和生产理念的现代化,把农业和农村的发展真正纳入科学发展的轨道。

In recent years, Jilin Province persists in the industrialization thinking to develop and plan agriculture, in industrial operation to improve agricultural efficiency and farmers＇ income, in relying on their own strengths, in adjusting the agricultural structure to develop modern agriculture and has achieved remarkable results. But from an overall perspective, the province＇s agriculture is still in the transition phase from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture. There are still many difficulties and problems in the development of modem agriculture. In the critical period of change, we must speed up the modernization of agricultural production means, concepts and styles .Therefore, rural development can really be taken into the track of scientific development.
