摘要
2219铝合金作为新一代运载火箭贮箱的新材料,为焊接新技术的应用提供了契机,而新技术、新工艺在采用之前要充分论证应用该技术的可行程度。研究了焊接工艺评价的概念、定位及应用,提出了焊接工艺评价的5个方面、16个要素及40个子要素。
2219 aluminum alloy, a new material for tanks in new generation launch vehicle, provides a new chance for application of new welding technology. The feasibility of new technology and processing should be demonstrated before the application. The conception, orientation and application of welding processing evaluation are investigated, 5 facets, 16 elements and 40 sub-elements for welding processing evaluation are brought forward as the same time.
