摘要 气动加热会导致飞行器表面温度的剧烈上升,该问题及热防护问题已成为高超声速飞行器设计的关键问题之一。如何正确模拟气动加热与结构热响应的耦合一直是工程应用领域的难点。针对该问题,提出了一种新方法,采用工程算法求解流场的气动热,并与结构热响应的求解实现紧耦合。选用二维圆管模型,验证了该方法的可行性。用该方法求解具有工程背景的三维算例,既保证了计算精度又节省了计算时间。 The aerodynamic heating problem and thermal protection problem has a significant effect on design of the high velocity vehicles, resulting in the rapid rise of the surface temperature. How to correctly simulate the coupling problems of aerodynamic heating and thermal response of structure is a difficulty in the field of engineering application. A new approach to solve this problem is proposed, with application of the engineering method for aerodynamic heating tightly coupled with the solution of thermal response of structure, which is proved to be efficient and reliable by a two-dimensional circular pipe model. The method has showed its high accuracy and less time required when applied to solve a three-dimensional example with engineering background.
