摘要
在门诊建立预约制度,是服务模式的重大变革,其目的是优化门诊流程的各个环节,减少病人就诊停留的时间,以达到科学的、人性化的管理。我们通过在泌尿科开展普通门诊预约服务,制定出符合医院的门诊流程,从而实现以病人为中心的服务模式,方便患者就诊。
Out-patient appointment system is an important part of medical service model transformation to optimize out-patient service process anti reduce waiting time for scientific and human orient management. Out-patient appointment system has been developed in Urology Department in Renji Hospital, out-patient service process matching hospital situations has been designed to facilitate patient treatment.
