介绍了门急诊管理历史的转变情况,阐述了做一名称职的现代化医院门急诊领导应具备的五种能力,即学习和创新能力、知短和改进的能力、团结和凝聚的能力、预见和筹划能力、有效管理的能力。
The history of outpatient department management is introduced and the capacities, namely, learning and innovation capacity, identification shortcoming and improvement capacity, unity and cohesion capacity, prediction and planning capacity and effective management capacity outpatient department leader should have are discussed.
