摘要
论述了加强医院青年文化建设的必要性,结合北京协和医院的情况,阐述了加强医院青年文化建设的实践与体会,同时要针对医院青年员工的特点,有针对性地加强外部引导,同时逐步转变为自我需求。
The necessity of strengthening hospital youth culture construction is discussed. Based on the situations of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, the experience and practice of youth cuhure construction are introduced. It is important to strengthen specialized exterior instruction based on the characters of the young staff, gradually transfer the instruction to self-demand.
