摘要
采用三维有限单元法实际模拟锦屏一级拱坝左岸混凝土垫座施工浇筑过程,进行温度场和徐变温度应力场的仿真分析.通过计算值和实测值的对比以反演实际混凝土绝热温升,以此来校核并优化设计温控措施和温控标准.重点对在2009年3月开浇的1730 m高程以上的几个浇筑层进行了温控仿真计算,计算结果表明无论是温度还是应力都能满足设计标准,并为施工提供参考依据.
Using three-dimensional finite element method, the construction process of the left bank concrete pedestal of Jinping I arch dam is simulated; and the simulation of the transient temperature field and the thermal stress field is also carried out. By comparing the calculated values and actual values we collected, we adjust the temperature rise property of thermal insulation to make it closer to the actual value, and the design of temperature control measures and temperature-controlled standard are checked and optimized. The temperature of several lifts which will be filled at the upcoming is simulated. The results show that both the tempera- ture and the thermal stress can meet the design standards; and all of these can offer theoretical references for the construction of Jinping I arch dam.
