水利工程管理现代化是水利现代化的重要组成部分.目前,国内外对于水利工程管理现代化内涵、目标以及内容等都没有专门的研究.在广泛调研后,对水利工程管理现代化的内涵进行界定,并分析了水利工程管理现代化的建设目标,结合大中型水利工程和流域性水利工程的管理特点,从水利工程管理现代化的理念创新,管理体制的现代化,管理的制度化、规范化、法制化,管理手段的现代化和管理队伍的现代化5个方面分析了水利工程管理现代化的建设内容.

The hydraulic projects management modernization is very important. There is no special study of modernization of hydraulic projects management at home and abroad at present. The connotation of modernization of hydraulic projects management are defined explicitly, of which the targets are explored based on full investigation about project examples. Considering the features of large and medium sized hydraulic projects and basin-wide hydraulic projects, the content of modernization of hydraulic projects is analyzed. There are five aspects as follows, concept modernization of hydraulic projects management; modernization of hydraulic project management system; institutionalized, standardization and legalization of hydraulic projects management; modernization and information of hydraulic projects management means; modernization of hydraulic projects management team.
