摘要
构建了基于战略管理的供应链客户服务能力评价指标体系,提出运用AHP和Delphi法相结合确定各指标的权重,用FCE法进行综合评价,最后将评价结果与标杆值进行对比分析,构造了一个完整的供应链客户服务能力评价模式。
This paper built the evaluation index system of the supply chain customer service capacity on the strategic management, put forward the using of the combination of AHP and Delphi method to determine the index weights, applied FCE to carry out the comprehensive evaluation, finally contrasted and analyzed the evaluation result with the benchmarking, constructed a complete evaluation model of the supply chain customer service capacity.
