摘要
IT服务的仓储管理,既有和普通仓储管理相通的地方,又有其独特的管理模式。它是IT服务的延续,也是IT服务的重要组成部分。文中结合作者在某跨国IT服务集团的业务实践,分析了IT服务的主流模式,并根据此模式,论述库存管理的主要策略。
Warehouse Management in IT Service has some aspects similar with the regular Warehouse Management, but it also has its own characteristic. It is not only the important part of the IT Service, but also the continuation of IT Service. In this paper, combined with the business practices in some multinational IT service Company, the author is to analyze the mainstream-model of IT Service, and to elaborate the key strategies of Warehouse Management based on that model of IT Service.
