摘要
托盘是物流产业最为基本的集装单元,在商品流通中具有广泛的应用价值。铁路托盘运输提高装卸作业效率、货物运输质量,减少货物损伤,保证运输安全,有助于铁路与其他运输方式的衔接,开展多式联运。文中通过对铁路托盘运输现状、铁路发展托盘运输的各种优越条件进行详细分析,指出整合托盘资源建立铁路托盘共用系统是铁路托盘运输未来的发展道路;并借鉴国际先进体系标准和成熟运营管理模式从托盘标准、系统交换节点和网络、托盘联营公司三个主要方面来探讨铁路托盘共用系统的建立。
pallet is the basic containerized unit in logistics industry, and has widely application value in commodity circulation. Railway pallet transportation can improve efficiency in handling operation, quality of freight transportation, decrease freight damage, guarantee transportation safety, and helpful to connection between railway transportation and other transportation mode, develop multimodal transport. This paper points out integration of pallet resources and establishment of railway pallet sharing system is the future direction of Railway pallet transportation through detailed analysis of present situation and advantageous conditions in Railway pallet transportation; discussion on establishment railway pallet sharing system in pallet standard, system exchange nodes and network, pallet associated company through international advanced system and mature operation management mode.
