Optimization Study on Training Program of Undergraduate Logistics Management Based on the Enterprise Requirements of Application

物流管理专业是一门实践性很强的专业,企业要求物流管理专业的学生不仅应具有扎实的理论功底,更应具备较强的实践能力。但目前物流管理专业本科学生普遍存在着实践能力欠缺的现象。应在满足企业需求的基础上,针对目前物流管理专业人才培养实践环节中存在的问题,设计出符合应用型人才培养的实践教学体系,并采用必要的措施保证实践教学效果。

After clearing the enterprise request of applied logistics talents, the paper analyses the problem in existence that applied logistics talents have. Then this paper optimizes the training program of applied undergraduate logistics management on the bases of theoretical instruction and practical teaching to meet the enterprise requirements of talents of logistics management.
