目的评价"一号通"中文期刊管理模式对于提高图书馆管理与服务质量的作用效果。方法到多个医学图书馆调研期刊管理方式,分析评价利弊,找出适合医学图书馆发展与管理特色的新方法,利用迁新馆机会整顿杂乱拥挤的"过刊库",策划制定措施,用"一号通"中文期刊管理模式有序管理。结果 "一号通"中文期刊管理模式的应用实践提高了工作效率,扩大了期刊流通使用,经济效益与社会效益均获得丰收。结论 "一号通"中文期刊管理模式是提高医学图书馆管理与服务质量的有效手段。

Objective To explore the effect of the appraisal ＂passes＂ Chinese periodical management pattern on the library management and service. Methods According to periodical mode of administration of many medicine library investigation, ＂one to pass＂ Chinese periodical management pattern was taken as the management of our medicine library. Results ＂Passes＂ Chinese periodical management pattern raised the working efficiency and expanded the periodical circulation. The economic efficiency and the social efficiency were obtained with the abundant harvest, Conclusion ＂Passes＂ Chinese periodical management pattern is effective for the medicine library management and service.
