双歧杆菌是人体健康的重要标志之一,具有生物学屏障、控制内毒素血症、预防和治疗细菌性腹泻、抗肿瘤、营养、延缓衰老等作用。双歧杆菌及其表面分子脂磷壁酸、细胞壁肽聚糖已广泛用于抗感染、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等的研究,尚未发现其在应用中有任何不良反应。国内外学者对双歧杆菌预防和治疗疾病,营养和保健的功效进行了广泛和深入的研究,普遍认为对双歧杆菌生态制剂的开发将是未来的发展方向。
