摘要 三酰甘油贮存在哺乳动物细胞内脂滴中,脂滴表面镶嵌着多种蛋白,对脂滴功能具有重要调节作用,因此脂滴也越来越多地被认为是一种代谢活跃的细胞器。新近的研究表明脂滴表面PAT家族蛋白perilipin对脂肪细胞内三酰甘油的代谢起全局性调控作用,本文就脂肪细胞内perilipin的功能予以综述。 Triglycerides are stored in intracellular lipid droplets in mammalian cells, and there are many kinds of proteins located on the surface of lipid droplets, which play an important role in lipid droplets function,and thus lipid droplets are considered as active organelles in cells. Current evidences support that perilipin, a member of PAT family proteins, wholly regulates the metabolism of triglyceride in adipocytes. Here we reviewed the functions of perilipin in adipocytes.
