Relationship between VEGF and Ectopic Pregnancy

摘要 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是具有内皮细胞特异性的血管生长因子,由血管内皮细胞、滋养细胞和炎性巨噬细胞分泌。VEGF的表达受多种因素调控,正常情况下,成人与动物组织中的VEGF合成水平较低,但在胎儿及正在进行生理性血管生长的组织中VEGF水平较高,对妊娠及异位妊娠的过程有重要作用。本文主要就VEGF与异位妊娠的关系进行综述。 Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）is a special vascular growth factor,which released by epidermic cells, nourish cells and inflammatory macrophages. The expression of VEGF is regulated by many factors. In normal canditian,the level of VGEF is very low in human and animal tissue. It is higher in the tissue of fetus and in the normal vegetal tissue. VEGF plays an important role in the eetopic pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy. This article reviewed the relationship between VEGF and eetopie pregnancy.
