摘要
到目前为止,仍未找到治疗重型肝炎的特效药物和治疗方案。在综合治疗过程,营养治疗是非常重要的环节。重型肝炎患者存在普遍的营养不良及营养供给不足的现象,向患者提供合理的饮食和营养,对促进肝细胞的修复、改善肝功能、缓解临床症状、提高药物疗效和缩短病程均具有积极意义。本文从重型肝炎患者能量、蛋白质、糖类、脂肪等各种营养物质的合理供给量方面对重型肝炎的营养支持治疗进行综述。
No special efficacy medicine or treatment has been found for the severe hepatitis. The treatment still focuses on the general treatments, among which the nutrition treatment plays crucial role. Malnutrition and inadequate nutrient supply in severe hepatitis patients is a common phenomenon. Reasonable diet and nutrition can help to promote the recovery of the liver cells, improve the hepatic function, alleviate symptoms, shorten the course of treatment and enhance the effect of medicine treatment. This paper reviewed the nutrient support treatments,concerning the aspect of reasonable energy supply of albumin carbohydrates and fat and other nutrients factor.
