孕前肥胖及孕期体质量增加过多与妊娠结局

Pre-pregnancy Body Mass Index and Pregnancy Weight Gain:Associations with Pregnancy Outcome

产妇中,体质量超标和肥胖与妊娠期糖尿病、子痫前期、子痫、剖宫产和巨大儿相关,妊娠肥胖逐渐增多,不良妊娠结局增加,已引起多方关注。本文复习近几年相关文献,综述妊娠肥胖相关的生理、病理变化及妊娠肥胖妇女妊娠期、分娩期及远期母儿风险,提示肥胖妇女妊娠控制体质量增长或体质量不增可能会有较好的妊娠结局。

With the increasing pregnancy obesity, the poor outcome is thought highly of a dramatic problem. This article summarized the physiology, pathological change, and the risk during gestation period, birth process, and long-term after delivery associated to the pregnancy obesity and showed that it will be better to the pregnancy obesity by controlling the weight gain or keeping invariant during the period of generation.
