Safety in Ambi-Operation of Noncardiac Surgery and Independent Predictors of Cardiovascular Events

This article briefly described that noninvasive independent predictors of cardiovascular events may be introduced into clinical anesthesia to improve preoperative cardiovascular risk assessment of noneardiac surgery. Such as the traditional risk factors of cardiovascular events,including abnormal lipid metabolism, impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes, hypertension, and the more worldwide attention is paid to the arterial elastic function parameters in recent years：pulse wave velocity, augmentation index, large and small artery elastic indexes, ankle-brachial index and high sensitivity-C reactive protein and so on.
