摘要
目的观察头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染(LRI)的疗效及细菌对该药的耐药性。方法LRI住院患者114例,应用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗,并进行药敏试验。结果治疗有效率为91.2%,分离出33株致病菌,药物敏感率为75.7%,中度敏感率为15.2%,耐药率为9.1%。结论头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗LRI临床疗效好,细菌耐药低,是一种抗菌谱广、杀菌作用强的抗生素。
Objective To observe the curative effect of lower respiratory infection （LRI）in the treatment of cefoperawne sodium combined with stdbactam sodium,and the drug resistance of bacterium. Methods The application of cefoperazone sodium combined with stdbactam sodium to 114 inpatients of LRI,and the drug sus- ceptibility test was performed. Results The effective rate was 91.2%. 33 stains of pathogenic bacteria were separated and the drug sensitivity rate and midrange sensitivity rate was 75.7% ,15.2% respectively,the drug fast rate was 9.1%. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium combined with sulbactam sodium is an effective antibioties with wide antibacterial spactrum,strong bactericidal action and little drug fast.
