摘要 针对油田的特殊地理位置和油田钻井设备经常需要搬迁的特点,将短距离无线通信技术应用到振动信号采集系统中,避免了现场长距离布线、拆装和移动带来的不便。本系统采用内置电路加速度传感器和恒流适配器对16路滚动轴承振动信号进行检测。根据振动信号的特点,16路振动信号的采集采用无线选通切换单路总线方式有线传输,提高了采集系统的抗干扰能力。 Considering the special geographical location and the frequent relocation of oilfield drilling equipment, a kind of short-range wireless communications technology is used to achieve wireless data collection and wireless data transmission, avoiding the inconvenience of accessibility and mobility caused by on-spot long-distance routing. Using built-in circuit acceleration sensor and constant current adapter, 16 channels of vibration signal of rolling bearing are measured with the data acquisition system. According to the different characteristics of vibration signal, 16 channels of vibration signal are transmitted by wireless strobe switching plus one - channel cable, which improves the anti-interference capability.
