摘要
以中黑防、晚花杨、小黑杨14号3个杨树品种为试验材料,设计自然失水24 h、48 h7、2 h三个梯度(处理)研究插穗自身含水量与扦插成活的关系。结果表明:在相同的自然失水时间里,晚花杨失水率最大,自然失水处理72 h,失水率可达30.7%,小黑杨14号为29.6%,中黑防也达到了27.9%。中黑防在穗条自身失水率达到30%时,生根与成活率才会显著下降;而小黑杨14号和晚花杨在穗条自身失水率达到20%时,生根与成活率就会显著下降。
A study was conducted to determine the relationship between moisture content of the cuttings and the survival rate of cuttage for Populus deltoides x P. cathayana, Populus x eurameicana cv.' Serotina' and Populus simonii x P. nigra cv. - 14. Cuttings of the three poplar varieties were put in the shade for natural dehydration of 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. The results show that in the same natural dehydration time, Populus x eurame/carm cv.' Serotina' presents the highest dehydration rate; for 72 h natural dehydration treatment, the dehydration rates of Poptdus x eurameicana cv. 'Serotina', Populus simonii x P.nigra cv. - 14, and Populus deltoides x P.cathayana cuttings were 30.7%, 29.6%, and 27.9%, respectively. The rooting rate and survival rate of Populus deltoides x P. cathayana cuttings begin to decrease obviously only when the dehydration rate of cuttings achieves 30%, whereas the rooting rates and survival rates of Populus simonii x P. nigra cv. - 14 and Populus x eurame/cana ev. ‘Serotina' cuttings drop signif- icantly when the dehydration rate of cuttings reaches 20%.
