An analysis on the combined application of paired acupoint of same channel, exterior-interior re lated channel and same-name channel was performed in this article, it showed the ingenious and proper application of paired acupoint could bring good effects on clinical treatment, as it would facilitat the ad vanced research on the law of combined application of acupoint in acupuncture
