Design of controlling system for variable rate spraying based on microcontroller

摘要 该系统采用单片机作为控制核心,将单片机的控制系统应用于农业生产过程中,能够根据需要自动地调节喷雾量。实现变量施药作业,提高农药利用率,减少农药残留、环境污染。阐述了施药系统的变量原理,重点介绍了控制系统硬件电路和软件程序的设计。仿真和田间试验表明,系统稳定可靠,可操作性好,能够满足农业生产的要求。 The controlling system based on single-chip microcomputer was applied to agricultural production and its purpose of variable spraying was realized. Efficiency about pesticide was increased, and residual pesticide and environmental pollution were reduced. The system took microcontroller as the core control chip and could regulate the quantity of spray automatically depend on needed. The theory of variable spraying system was explained, design on circuit and program for control system was introduced importantly. Through simulating in lab and experiment in field, the system was steady, reliable and operational and the need of agricultural production could be satisfied.
