摘要
分析了回转式圆盘剪的工作原理和结构特点,对圆盘剪上、下刀盘的间隙调整机构和重叠量调整机构进行了研究,对剪切力、刀盘间隙调整和重叠量调整等设计参数的选择作了探讨,并以某冷轧厂所用圆盘剪为例进行了设计计算,为今后同类机组中圆盘剪的设计计算提供了依据。
The paper made an analysis of the operating principle and structure of rotary disc shearer, studies the clearance adjusting device of its upper and lower disc and overlap adjusting mechanism, optimizes the design parameters of shear load, disc clearance and overlap adjusting. And furthermore, an optimized calculation is done by taking the disc shearer of certain cold rolling plant as an example to provide a means of design of similar disc shearers.
