合肥市城市建设用地动态演变分析

An Analysis of the Dynamic Evolution of Urban Construction Land in Hefei

以Excel和SPSS为分析工具，对合肥市城市建设用地总量、人均占有量和用地构成进行了纵向比较，揭示1999～2005年城市用地在数量和结构上的变化情况，总结合肥市城市建设用地的发展特征；并线性回归分析建设用地动态变化与社会经济要素关系，定量、定性探讨合肥市城市建设用地动态变化的主要驱动力。

Excel and SPSS are used to analyze the total amount of urban construction land in Hefei City and a fore - and - aft comparison is made about the per capita volume and composition of the vertical space which reveals the changes in urban land use in terms of quantities and structures from the year of 1999 to the year of 2005. And the characteristics of the development of land for construction in Hefei City are summed up ; the linear regression analysis is made about the relationship between the dynamic changes of land for construction and socioeconomic factors; the quantitative and qualitative methods are used to explore the main driving force in the dynamic changes in Hefei urban construction land.
