龙眼三萜A、B晶体结构研究

Research on Dimocarpus Longan Lour Triterpene A、B Crystal Structure

用石油醚提取无患子科植物龙眼壳,经上硅胶柱层析,用不同比例的石油醚-丙酮洗脱,用无水乙醇重结晶,先后得到二种晶体,对其分别作了红外光谱IR、紫外光谱UV、核磁共振NMR、质谱MS和X-衍射XRD,以及一系列化学法鉴定,确定了二者的结构。一种为龙眼三萜A(无色平板状晶体),一种为龙眼三萜B(无色针状晶体)。

Two crystals are gained from shells of Longan （ Dimocarpus longan Lour. ） by the three steps ： 1 ） extraction with the benzine; 2 ） silica gel column chromatography with elution in different percentage of benzine and acetone ; 3 ） re - crystallization with anhydro - ethylalcohol. The first crystal（ colorless slab） is Longan Triterpane -A, C30 H52 O. The second crystal （colorless acicular） is Longan Triterpane- B,C30H50O. The crystals of Longan Triterpane- A,C30H52O and Longan Triterpane -B C30H50 O have been solved by direct method of IR, UV,NMR,MS,XRD and a series of chemistrymethod.
