摘要
目的:探讨中药甲虎芪金汤抗肝纤维化临床疗效。方法:将确诊33例病人随机分组。治疗组17例服用纯中药甲虎芪金汤,对照组16例服用甘利欣、肝太乐。疗程60d,观察肝功能及肝纤维化指标。结果:两组均能降低血清谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素,治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药疗效满意,复发率低。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect on cirrhosis of JHQJ decoction. Methds：In an open randomized study,33 patients of clear and definitely diagnosis were elemented. The 17example belong to cure rate were treated with chinese medicine,The 16 example belong to contrast rate were treated by GLX,GTL. Results ：The cure rate and response rate can all reduce ALT and TBLL after treatmend, the treatments were were higher than contrast group. Conclusion： The efficacy of JHQJ decoction is notably better than that of contrast GLX.GTL.
