白矾敷脐治疗前列腺增生尿潴留疗效观察

The Effect of Spreading Umbilicus in Alumbre on Gerontism Prostatauxe with Urinary Retention

目的:探讨白矾敷脐治疗前列腺增大尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:250例前列腺增生导致尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组136例采用白矾粉末5g敷脐,对照组114例采用传统的诱导排尿方法。观察两组排尿情况。结果:治疗组的排尿率优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:白矾敷脐解除前列腺增生导致尿潴留安全有效。

Objective ： To approach the clinical curative effect of spreading umbilicus in alumbre to treat gerontism prostatauxe with urinary retention. Methods ： 250 cases of patients suffered gerontism prostatauxe with urinary retention were randomly divided into treatment and control. The treatment group（ 136 cases） was treated in alumbre （5g, spreading umbilicus）. The control （114 cases） was treated with inducing urination. Results ： The urination rate was higher in treatment than control. There was statistical significance difference. Conclusion： The spreading umbilicus in alumbre had the safe and effect to treat gerontism prostatauxe with urinary retention.
