摘要
目的:观察项针为主结合头针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:针刺治疗,取穴:大椎、风府、风池、翳明、后顶等穴。手法:用30号或32号1.0寸毫针常规针刺得气后,行提插、捻转或平补平泻手法,得气后留针30min。每日1次,治疗5次为1疗程,疗程间休息2d观察疗效。结果:52例中痊愈20例(38.5%),好转25例(48.1%),无效7例(13.5%),有效率86.5%。结论:项针为主结合头针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the effect of neck acupuncture conbined head acupuncture to treat vertebro - basilar artery insufficien- cy. Methods： Acupuncture treatment： the points were Dazhui, Fengfu, Fengchi, Yiming and Houding. Manipulation： it was vertical or oblique thorn with 30 or 32 number acupuncture pin （1.0 cun） and in -out and twist to mild reinforcing and attenuating. Keeping pin time was 30min. 5 times treatment in every week and observed curative effect after 3 weeks. Results ： The recovery was 20 cases. The improvement was 25 cases and ineffective was 7 cases in 52 cases. The total effective rate was 86.5%. Conclusion： The neck acupuncture conbined head acupuncture had the certain curative effect to treat vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency.
